At novacrux, we strive to provide innovative and bespoke guidance to make your team shine. We use our broad experience and an evidence-based approach to organisational problem-solving.
The name novacrux was inspired by our love for innovation, wisdom and astronomy. Novas (Latin for “new”) represent a class of stars that suddenly become brighter. Our consulting advise is designed to help teams shine anew.
Crux is the latin name for the Southern Cross, a constellation that is visible from the Southern Hemisphere. Known as Ngurran in the Dreaming of many Australian nations, Crux has been used in navigation for generations, guiding many travelers by pointing the way to their destination.
